Parish Administrator

Part-time (25-29 hours per week)

Grace Episcopal Church, a vibrant faith community on Bainbridge Island, Washington, is seeking a Parish Administrator to work in collaboration with clergy, staff, and congregation to fulfill our mission.

Under the supervision of the Rector, the Parish Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day operations and coordination of Grace’s office functions, including reception, hospitality, and administrative duties.

This position requires:

• Commitment to confidentiality and Grace’s mission and values;
• Strong organizational and relationship skills;
• Proficiency in use of computers and software, including MS Word, MS Excel, Google Docs, and G-Suite;
• The ability to apply those skills in a flexible and sensitive manner.
