The Gallery at Grace: Dana Weir, January-February 2019
Dana Weir, Time Present and Time Past
On view January 6-February 24, 2019 | Artist's reception at 11 am Sunday, January 13
As I explore the process of making images, I find that I am also exploring the construction of the spiritual self. When engaged in art making, I am encountering the world through a sense of wonder and a concern for contrasts. I am inspired by the tensions between permanence and fragility, wilderness and wasteland, beauty and decay. I enjoy searching for unity among a collection of broken and forgotten things. – Dana Weir
