Conversations for Creation Care meets on the first Sunday of every month. We will convene in the living room this Sunday, July 5, during coffee hour. Please join us as we grapple with such issues as: What can nature offer us when so much around us is shifting? Where is the path forward? 

All ages are welcome to hang out and discuss some seriously interesting podcasts in the Cockrofts' backyard in Poulsbo.

Participants in each class section will study excerpts in each genre from well-known spiritual writers. By the end of each section, participants will have created and shared one piece of their own writing.

Each class section requires registration and will be capped at 12 participants. The class is free, and all materials are provided.

Did you see Grace member Jens Boemer's guest column in the June 12th issue of the Bainbridge Islander?  In it, he makes a strong, intelligent, well-reasoned argument in support of the City of Bainbridge Island's use of diversity/equity/inclusion questions when screening applicants for citizen advisory committees.

It took bravery, conviction, and time to write this piece as a rebuttal to a prior guest column; “I felt deeply moved to respond,” he shared. Thank you, Jens, for having the courage to be an ally and to model for all of us what courage looks like in these times.
