Foundations Class Continues

Foundations Class Continues

The Foundations Class is designed for those who want a deeper understanding of the Episcopal Church and my particular take on Christianity. If you are new to Grace and curious about the Episcopal tradition, are a teenager or adult who wants to be confirmed, or if you’ve been around Grace a while and want a refresher, this is for you. It’s a new member's class, a confirmation class, and a spiritual repast combined.

We will meet in the Living Room on Sundays, March 8 – April 19, from 11:30 a.m. – 1 p.m

For those who wish, we will travel together to St. Mark’s Cathedral on Saturday, April 25, to be confirmed by the Bishop.

Grace Kids Food Drive for Fishline Food Bank

Grace Kids Food Drive for Fishline Food Bank

Sunday, March 15, after the 9:30 a.m. service

Last Sunday during coffee hour, Grace Kids collected a carload of donations for our friends at Fishline! The generosity was inspiring — and the work continues. On Sunday, March 15, we will head out into the community as a group to collect donations door-to-door. This is a wonderful, kid-friendly way to serve and make a tangible difference for local families.

Explore the Possibility of Affordable Housing on Grace Land

With the passage of the resolution to “explore the feasibility of allowing affordable housing to be built on Grace land” at the Annual Meeting, it's time to take some concrete next steps. To get organized, we will host a meeting on Thursday, March 26, from 6:30 - 8:00 p.m. at Grace. Join us as we strategize about our process and identify ad hoc working groups. Questions? Connect with Valerie Reinke and/or Julie Shryock.
