Faith Church Poulsbo Shower Project

Interested in learning more about the Faith Church Poulsbo Shower Project?

Every Monday at 9 am, Faith Church opens its doors to welcome Kitsap County’s homeless. Guests are offered a shower, a wash of one load of laundry, and a hot lunch. Most stay until the doors close at 4 pm, sheltered from the rain and cold. The number served can vary, but the numbers are increasing – now over 30.

At least 12 volunteers are needed every Monday. The schedule is flexible. You can volunteer every week, once a month, or just fill in for a half or full day.

The director, Sharon Clark, has sent out a call for more volunteers. She will be with us at Grace this Sunday, October 25, at 11:00 am in the Living Room. Find out how you can become involved.
