Request for Feedback Regarding Use of Hearing Assist Devices
The team looking into sound system upgrades would like to know how many people would utilize hearing assist devices for services at Grace. Some individuals with Bluetooth-capable hearing aids can adjust sound levels via their smartphones, but the team understands that not all worshippers have this option. Please contact Kim T. (music@gracehere.org or 206-866-3186) by June 15 if you are a hearing assist device user, so that we can get an accurate count of how many devices we need to have on hand. |

Garden Blessings
With branches dipped in water blessed by Rev. Eric, we celebrated the opening season of the Gifts of Dirt Garden. Singing and saying prayers for a bountiful harvest as we walked the perimeter, we shared a joyful energy. Thank you to Pegge Ashcroft and Barb Simonsen for their dedication and devotion to this project. If you would like to volunteer at the garden. please contact Pegge Ashcroft. Good people of Grace: Last Sunday I mentioned that Grace’s Gifts of Dirt garden would not exist without a person who does not even attend Grace. Barb Simonsen works more hours than all the garden volunteers put together, does extensive farm research, and makes sure things are “right.” We affectionately call her “Mrs. Vegetable” or “The Vegetable Queen,” as she is the major force behind Grace’s delivery of 1700 pounds of fresh organic produce to Helpline food bank in 2024. If you would like to send a thank you card, send me an email, or text me at 206-348-1934 for Barb’s address. —Pegge For more infomation visit:
